Dear Dr. Grey,
My husband and I would like to thank you for the baby you helped to bring into our lives. Andrew had a vasectomy over 10 years ago. When we came to see you in August, we were unable to follow up with you because of the mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane Charlie. We went home to Miami and hoped for the best. In March of 2005, seven months after the surgery,
I became pregnant. We can't thank you enough, and we would be more than happy to be a reference for any of your future clients. Here is a picture of our beautiful baby......
