Dear Dr. Grey & Staff:

We just wanted to contact you to say "Thank you so much!". You performed my husband's surgery in September of 2003 and we are proud to announce the birth of our son Caleb Scott Sweet. He was born February 8, 2005, at 6:31 pm. He weighed 6lbs 5oz. and was 19 1/2 in. long. He is a true blessing to our family. You are a true miracle worker, and we appreciate all you have done for us. We have attached a picture of Caleb for you to see. Thank you again.
