Low Cost Vasectomy Reversal

Q. My vasectomy was 20 years ago. Should I still consider a vasectomy reversal?
A. Probably. Naturally, as years pass, success does diminish. However, at some facilities the birthrate is still greater than 50% after 20 years. Even at 30 and 40 years, the birthrate is pretty fair in some places.
However, a 50% chance of having a baby gives a 50% chance of bitter disappointment, as well. If it's been a long time, you and your spouse need to temper your enthusiasm and prepare for the downside. If you do end up pregnant, there will be plenty of time to celebrate!
